Google Chrome to Encrypt All Searches

Google chrome users have reason to smile! Signed in users were the only people who had the privilege of having their searches encrypted. Soon, users will have their searches encrypted even if they are not signed into their accounts. Web searches on chrome will now pass a SSL (Secure Socket Layer) before being sent to google. A couple of major sites have already started serving content over SSL, Facebook and Twitter being some of them. Though users may not see any major change SSL adds to their browsing, searches done will be a little bit more faster due to the SPDY protocol. Read more.
